In the very first edition of our, ‘Meet The Team’, series we’d love to introduce to you our Office Manager, and sister of MD Andrew Dickinson, Tamsin Duce.
Tamsin, what does a normal day at Pro 11 Wellbeing look like for you?
A normal day at Pro 11 Wellbeing starts with a fresh coffee of course! Haha! Then a print of all the orders, which are then sent to the warehouse for packing. My day then consists of answering telephone calls from customers, offering advice on products, and resolving any issues they may have. Occasionally I will assist Andrew with new product ideas, liase with trade customers and suppliers.
Which product is your favourite?
My favourite Pro 11 Wellbeing product is The Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set because it has been so great for us and it’s amazing to hear from customers how much it has helped them. It also gave us the confidence to branch out into other products away from our ‘staple’ insoles.
What is your favourite type of exercise?
Weight training! This is something that I started after the first lockdown and have grown to love. I am so motivated by the results I have seen in the changes in my body and mentally I feel great after a gym session.
What’s your approach when it comes to health and wellbeing?
I believe that you still need to live your life and have fun, being healthy shouldn’t just be about eating salads and drinking water! You can still go out for that bottomless brunch with the girls, it’s just about being consistent and allowing yourself to enjoy those treat days but then getting straight back on it!
What’s your go-to motivational saying?
My favourite motivational quote would have to be “you can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending”. This is something everyone should live by, it’s never too late to make those changes just go for it!
