Last week was an exciting one for us and if you follow us on Instagram, which you should, you’ll know why.
We teamed up with yoga expert, Katie, from KS Therapy whose decade worth of experience in the sports rehab industry made her the perfect person to host this session. Joining Katie was Molly Kennedy, a qualified personal trainer who was recovering from completing the London Marathon which meant that she was the perfect person to try Acupressure Yoga for the first time to aid her recovery.
Katie shared with us her top tips and tricks for both beginners and those who have used our acupressure mat before. She also shared a few of her favourite exercises which help with relaxation, recovery and one of which even helps to aid digestion. Like we always say, the list of benefits of our mat is exhaustive!
