COLD USE: Freeze for a minimum of 2-hours, or chill in the refrigerator until desired temperature is achieved. Do not apply directly onto skin: best used with a towel.
Do not apply for longer than 20-minutes at a time.
HOT USE: Microwave for 10-seconds, ensure the weight inside is evenly distributed and carefully check the temperature. Continue heating in 5-second intervals as and when needed.
